What can the referral program do for you?

As a Cyberimpact customer, when you refer someone via our referral program, you and your referral will each get a $30 credit when they upgrade to a paid plan of their choice. It's a win-win situation that allows you to reduce the cost of your bill and introduce a friend to a platform you love.

What are the criteria to get the $30 credit?

  • If you have a free account, the $30 credit will be saved in your account and applied when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.*
  • If you have a paid plan (Basic, Plus or Pro), the $30 credit will be added to your balance and will automatically be applied to your next applicable invoice(s).

* Please note that in order to receive the $30 credit, your referral must also choose a paid plan (Basic, Plus or Pro) and have paid their first bill.

Where can I find my referral link to share?

By logging into the Cyberimpact application, in the section; Referral Program.

Is there a credit limit I can get?

You can refer as many friends as you want, there is no limit!

Is there any way to track the number of people referred?

By logging into the Cyberimpact application, directly in the Referral Program page, you will be able to see several statistics including:

  • The total number of referrals
  • The number of paid referrals
  • The total accumulated credits
  • The remaining credit balance (if you have a paid plan and have started to use it).

My referral forgot to use the link I shared with them. Is there any way to get my credit anyway?

In order for you and your referral to get the $30 credit, the referrer must absolutely have created an account from the unique link you shared, or from the referral program's cookie which has a duration of 7 days.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to associate a referral to a Cyberimpact client without respecting the two conditions above.

Here are other situations that could prevent your unique link from working properly:

  • If your referral opened an account with Chrome, but visited the unique link via Firefox.
  • If your referral has exceeded the 7-day cookie period and deleted it from the browser before creating an account.
  • If your referral opened the account in private browsing without the cookie.

Where can I share my referral link?

Wherever you want! It can be by email, on social networks, etc. It is even possible to send a pre-built email directly from the Cyberimpact application available in the Referral program page.

Can I refer clients from another country?

Yes, you can refer clients from all over the world.
