Cyberimpact’s Year in Review

We can’t help but look back at 2024 with pride and gratitude. It was a year full of exciting milestones, new feature launches, team growth, and moments with Cyberimpact users.

We have worked hard to make your marketing game easier, more efficient, and more impactful. And that’s what our year has been like.

Let’s take a moment to recap our year and all we’ve achieved together!

Landing Pages: A Game Changer for Canadian Businesses

This year, we introduced one of our most anticipated features—Landing Pages. Designed to help you turn visitors into leads, our Landing Pages feature makes creating professional, high-converting pages easy.

Since its launch in October, until December 9th when this data was collected, over 469 landing pages have been created.

With the drag-and-drop landing page editor, you can use customizable templates to connect with your list. All landing pages created on the Cyberimpact platform are mobile-friendly and integrate with your Cyberimpact email lists.

This tool was made to help Canadian businesses grow their sales, promote events, launch new products, and so many other uses.

Pop-Up Forms: Grow Your List, Effortlessly

Another great addition to our feature list is Pop-Up Forms—a tool for building your email contact list. It integrates email marketing with your website by collecting email addresses directly from page visitors.

Like other Cyberimpact features, it is fully customizable. Using pop-up forms can improve your website conversions with a few clicks.

Speaking of clicks, we recently added a new click trigger that opens up a pop-up form when a visitor clicks a button. Combined with the other triggers that rely on user behaviours, e.g. when they try to leave the website or how long they have been on a page; this new trigger creates several new strategic possibilities for using pop-up forms on your website.

Events That Brought Us Together

This year, we hit the road for our SocialNext tour, visiting cities like Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, and Halifax. These events allowed us to connect with businesses across Canada, share marketing strategies, and hear your success stories firsthand.

Locally, our team attended several events throughout the year to connect with other businesses and support our partners—like the launch of the Antidote board game.

To wrap up the event season, our team joined Stratégies PME—a major event with over 6000 SME professionals. This year, we took the stage: Our Marketing Director spoke to a full room about using marketing automation to increase conversions and got a 97% satisfaction score—above the event average of 93%.

Events like these remind us of the power of community.

Speaking of community, let’s not forget online events. What a year for webinars!

This year we hosted over 15 webinars, with an average attendance of 319 people. These webinars allow us to share insights based on real experiences from industry experts, and connect with users all over Canada.

Whether it’s our team sharing their expertise, or with the presence of expert guests, we covered an array of topics, from cybersecurity to community building and lead conversion using newsletters.

Other New Features You Loved in 2024

Our product team had a busy year as we worked on several tools to improve your overall experience with our platform. Here are more reasons to celebrate 2024…

On Email Marketing and Email Campaigns:

  • Calendar Block: A simple tool to promote events by letting your audience save event details to their calendars in just one click.
  • Organizational Upgrades: Use tags to organize your templates, duplicate and merge groups, and streamline workflow. This was a highly demanded feature from users who share their Cyberimpact account with several departments or create several streams of email (for example: newsletter, announcements, internal newsletter, etc.).
  • Subscriber History Log: Get a detailed view of your subscribers’ history. This new feature helps you track data consent and your relationship with each email list member.
  • Spam Rate: You can now see how often you are being tagged as spam
  • The ability to add 10 e-mail addresses for test mailings: Until recently you could only send test emails to one email address at a time—not anymore! This new feature allows you to double, triple and quadruple-check with your team before hitting “send”.

On Landing Pages and Strategy

  • HTML Block for Landing Pages: Integrate other widgets and elements to your landing pages to enrich the visitor experience.
  • Contact forms for Landing Pages: A new form type that you can use to collect messages from website visitors. Whether for booking a service, requesting a demo, asking for support or leaving feedback, contact forms can greatly impact your conversion rate.
  • Accordion Block for Landing Pages: Accordion blocks are the solution to keep landing pages organized without sacrificing our content. A practical way to add event schedules and FAQs on your landing pages.
  • Bullet point list for Landing Pages: A good landing page structure makes a lot of difference, so we added new bullet point blocks to improve visitor retention.
  • New Landing Pages Templates: The library of landing page templates is ever-growing and we just added a new round of templates. In 2025, you can expect to have more and more options for all your landing page needs.

Other News

  • New Integrations: We have built new partnerships to make integrating Cyberimpact with other platforms faster and easier. From Libro to Amilia, these new integrations will make work seamless and more efficient.
  • State of Email Marketing Report: 2024 was the first year we shared exclusive insights from over 10,000 users. In it, email marketers find essential data that helps you plan your email campaigns, like the average open rate per industry, average click rate, and a trend report for 2025. You can download it here.

Looking Ahead: Cyberimpact Academy is coming!

We already have a lineup of new features for next year, starting with the launch of Cyberimpact Academy in the first quarter of 2025.

This new initiative will be a hub of tutorials and information to help you master email marketing and make the most of our tools. Stay tuned for more details at the beginning of the new year.

As we wrap up an incredible year that was 2024, we thank you for being part of the Cyberimpact community. And our team for all the hard work to make all this come true.

Here’s to even greater success in 2025—together.
